I am working with a Saa S company in the global payroll / HR tech space that is looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager to help define product vision, shape a high-impact platform, and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing fintech segment.
You'll work closely with the CTO and leadership team, owning critical product decisions and helping build out both the product and product function from the ground up.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments with high autonomy and direct influence.
This role is hybrid in South Dublin, with some overseas travel.
Due to the travel requirements, you must have an EU passport to be considered for this position.
What You'll Do - Translate insights from customers, market trends, and emerging technologies into product innovation.
- Define, manage, and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop robust requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with development and operations to deliver features on time and at scale.
- Act as a product evangelist - clearly articulating product value internally and externally.
- Contribute to shaping product and company strategy.
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with hands-on experience building B2 B software products.
- Proven track record in Enterprise Saa S; familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or related domains is a strong advantage.
- Well-versed in backlog management, user stories, MVP definition, testing, and rollout.
- Experience in enterprise integrations and a working knowledge of AI applications in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with occasional international travel to engage with customers or attend events.
