Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Coordinator to oversee building projects in Dublin and surrounding areas.
This role offers the opportunity to work across various sectors, including high-spec residential, commercial buildings, life science facilities, data centres, and specialist environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery of construction projects.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures through effective communication and leadership.
* Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to drive project progress and achieve desired outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
* 4+ years' experience in a similar construction management or project coordination role.
* Strong background in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, pharma, or industrial.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., construction management, engineering, trade background with experience).
