Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, SAP PTD (Plan to Deliver) Architect with strong experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM). The role involves leading SAP architecture strategy and implementation, designing and optimizing SAP solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP System Management: Design, configure, and maintain SAP EWM and TM solutions; support SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management systems; implement advanced EWM features; collaborate on SAP TM processes; support best practices for SAP processes.
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage AMS support, coordinate with global SAP teams and stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and serve as POC for SAP issues.
3. Process Analysis and Documentation: Conduct fit-gap analysis, document configurations, recommend process improvements, and assist in project management and testing phases.
4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, leverage SAP analytics, and lead initiatives to optimize business processes.
5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with audit teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
* Experience: Extensive SAP EWM/TM management experience, proven leadership in SAP projects, at least one S/4HANA/EWM-TM greenfield implementation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Skills: Proficiency in SAP configurations, problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
* Other: Ability to travel occasionally, support agile methodologies, and adapt to project priorities.
