Payroll & Benefits Specialist – 80,000 Euros + Bonus – Dublin
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name within financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis.
This role is fully office based
The Role:
1. Payroll Management Oversee monthly payroll processes for London, Dublin, and New York offices.
Review payroll instruction files to ensure all required changes are accurately captured.
Verify that updates are correctly reflected across employee payslips.
Reconcile payroll reports and ensure consistency and accuracy of payroll data.
Process payroll changes and produce detailed reconciliation and reporting.
2. Benefits Administration Manage benefits for all three locations, including remittance, reconciliations, and processing of joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
Administer pension schemes and 401(k) plans.
Execute payroll year-end procedures.
3. HR Support and Communication Assist the Head of HR with benefit plan design, renewals, and strategic planning.
Communicate benefit plan details effectively and conduct onboarding/offboarding benefit meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries across all locations.
4. Stakeholder Coordination Act as liaison with third-party payroll providers, benefit administrators, and brokers.
