Overview Role: Assistant Town Planner Client: Leading Residential Developer Essentials: Full Drivers License + Personal Vehicle; PI / RTPI planning qualification or Chartered Surveyor; 3+ years' post-graduate experience; strong understanding of residential planning and land development. Location: Dublin city centre, with hybrid flexibility. Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 Package: Annual bonuses, pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, gym membership, travel schemes and more. Responsibilities Assist in identifying and assessing development opportunities from a planning perspective Support forward planning strategy alongside senior planning and business development teams Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and associated submissions Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams to meet programme deadlines Track and maintain records of development opportunities and planning activity Carry out site appraisals, feasibility studies, and site visits across the portfolio Monitor local and national planning policy and prepare representations where required Support public consultation processes and stakeholder engagement Manage project budgets and monitor spend on potential and live sites Undertake research on development plans, infrastructure, employment trends, and demographic data How to apply To express interest or learn more, please apply directly or contact or #J-18808-Ljbffr
