Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 4-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Sales.
* Financial Acumen: Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
* Guest Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through a customer-focused approach.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop departmental managers and staff.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in hotel senior management, preferably at 4-star level or above.
