Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a Leading Insurance Company to hire a Change & Transformation Manager for their Dublin operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Business Transformation Lead in partnering closely with Divisional Leaders and the broader Team to support transformational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Partner closely with other business teams to analyse the impact of proposed changes, guiding the organisation toward optimal decision making.
* Conduct in depth review and analysis of existing operations to identify areas for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
* Collaborate with divisional leaders to explore forward thinking solutions that optimise business models and improve results.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* 5-10 years of experience, ideally in a Change Management, Project Management or Business Analyst role.
* Experience with process mapping, risk & control assessments, project governance and idea generation desirable.
* Extensive experience creating business cases is essential.
* A motivated self-starter with significant experience in driving and managing cross- functional deliverables via collaboration with Senior Stakeholders.
