Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional professional with a strong background in tax and technology to join our team. As a Tax Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of tax compliance and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing effective tax technology strategies that drive efficiency, reduce risks, and unlock business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading go-to-market business development initiatives while continuing to research and integrate emerging technologies.
* Interpreting and documenting client tax and business requirements to support future-state systems design ambitions and appropriate mix of tax technology solutions.
* Being responsible for project delivery teams in designing, building, and integrating tax technology-enabled solutions for clients.
* Building strong relationships and working across key client stakeholder groups (transfer pricing, corporate tax, indirect tax, finance, IT, etc.) as well as working with internal PwC specialists and across the global network.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax or tax technology-related role, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, business consulting, or legal environment. Experience in tax or tax technology consultancy roles working with tax-related solutions in ERP systems and/or tax engines is essential. Certification or extensive experience in agile technology and analytic solutions, such as MS VBA, SQL, MS Power Apps, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, is preferable.
