Our client is a growing international financial services organisation expanding its European platform and regulatory capabilities. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering critical prudential and statistical reporting obligations across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a regulatory reporting professional with 5 to 10 years’ experience to gain broad exposure across Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology while contributing to regulatory change initiatives, process improvement, and reporting automation within a dynamic and evolving environment.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and ongoing regulatory transformation projects. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin 4 and offers a competitive remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review and support the submission of prudential and/or statistical regulatory returns in line with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines.
Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and reporting changes, including impact assessments, testing and integration into BAU processes.
Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of regulatory reporting systems and tools, with a focus on improving automation, controls and reporting efficiency.
Perform reconciliations, validation checks and data analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity across regulatory reporting processes.
Partner closely with teams across Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology to support system changes, data flows and reporting initiatives.
Monitor regulatory developments, interpret evolving requirements and identify opportunities to strengthen processes, controls and governance frameworks.
Key Requirements
Experience within prudential and/or statistical regulatory reporting in a regulated financial services environment.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting platforms and banking/trading systems, with exposure to tools such as Axiom, Murex or similar environments advantageous.
Experience supporting regulatory change initiatives, process enhancements or reporting implementation projects.
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret, validate and challenge data and reporting outputs.
Good understanding of financial products and regulatory frameworks, with Accounting, Finance or CFA qualifications viewed favourably.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business areas and engage effectively with stakeholders.
