Aviation Contract Manager
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, aviation finance, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Manage aircraft delivery and redelivery closings to ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with airline customers, investors, OEMs, and legal counsel as the primary contact.
* Liaise with tax, legal, technical, and accounting professionals to support contract negotiations.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in leasing or professional advisory roles. Exposure to aviation finance is essential for success in this position. Strong project management skills are necessary for effective documentation and stakeholder coordination. A positive attitude towards continuous learning is also highly valued.
