Your Role at a Glance Lead & Mentor: Directly manage and develop the TA team to achieve hiring goals while upholding company values.
Strategise & Execute: Own end‑to‑end recruitment strategy, ensuring high‑quality, efficient hiring across all regions and functions.
Optimise & Scale: Identify, design and implement improvements to our processes and tech stack (ATS, reporting) to drive operational excellence; prior experience with Ashby is strongly preferred.
Partner & Influence: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing data‑driven insights for workforce planning.
Elevate Our Brand: Champion Wayflyer's employer brand and attract diverse, top‑tier talent in competitive markets.
What Makes You a Great Fit Proven Leadership: 5+ years in TA leadership, managing and coaching a global or multi‑regional team.
Interim Success: Demonstrated ability to step into an interim or transitional role and deliver rapid impact.
Operational Excellence: Builder mindset, relentlessly improving processes for key metrics such as time‑to‑hire and candidate NPS.
Global Acumen: Hands‑on experience scaling recruitment in multiple geographies, ideally US and Europe.
Data‑Driven: Fluent in metrics, reporting and dashboards to diagnose problems and influence decisions.
How You'll Stand Out Experience in a high‑growth Fin Tech or Saa S environment.
Direct experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Strong network and history of closing senior, hard‑to‑fill roles.
