This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an evolving environment, enjoys being hands-on, and is confident driving delivery across multiple departments.What You'll DoLead and deliver end-to-end digital transformation and ICT programmes.Work closely with department heads to unblock challenges, move initiatives forward and ensure alignment across the business.Own programme planning, governance, timelines and reporting.Take a hands-on approach where needed — from shaping requirements to supporting delivery teams.Drive continuous improvement, ensuring programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard.What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Programme Manager delivering digital and ICT transformation projects .Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence, challenge and collaborate with senior leaders.Hands-on approach with the ability to dive into detail when required.Ideally experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare) delivering ICT projects.Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 DOEHealthcare, Pension, Bonus and morePlease share your CV with to be considered.
