Key Responsibilities:
To manage inbound policy queries from our customers in relation to our motor, home insurance and direct debit productsTo meet and exceed your assigned individual and team targetsTo resolve queries on a first call resolution basisOffer professional advice on the Insurance Products we offer in accordance with regulationFulfil any additional administration duties in support of the role

We offer a starting salary of €26,500 and with an excellent commission structure, you can expect to earn upwards of €37,500.Base salary works off a progression model giving you the opportunity to increase your salary upon successful completion of insurance qualification. Your base salary will increase to €28,500 once you have attained an APA qualification. Further to this, your salary will increase to €31,500 once you have attained your CIP qualification.Those who already hold APA or CIP qualifications will start at the relevant base salary specified above.25 paid annual leave days, plus 3 company days and the option to purchase a further 5 annual leave days per annum.We invest in you through training and formal insurance qualifications – fully funded by 123.ieEmployees have access to our Future Fit programme, which is aimed at enhancing the skills and expertise of our employees.
