Were seeking an Accountant to join our Property Department on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract. In this role, youll support the financial operations of a national property portfolio, including the administration of the property management system, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. What Youll Do Manage tenant invoicing, statements, credit control, and arrears. Maintain tenancy data and property hierarchies in the Qube (MRI) system. Support system upgrades, access control, and data integrity. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate lease and charge records. Assist with AP functions and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Review aged debtors and support collection efforts. What Youll Bring Strong numeracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Qube (MRI); SAP ERP experience is a plus. Experience in property finance or property management is highly desirable. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
