Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible start date. You will be joining a supportive and professional team in a well-established community pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and dispense prescriptions efficiently and professionally.
* Manage prescription control and associated documentation effectively.
* Handle MDS preparation and assist with monthly PCRS claims.
* Provide over-the-counter support and advice to customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients.
* Monitor dispensary stock, expiry dates, and place ethical orders.
* Support pharmacy management with tasks such as stockroom upkeep and inter-branch transfers.
* Assist with merchandising and planograms as needed.
* Engage in ongoing personal development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
* Completion of the IPU Pharmacy Technician course or a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies is mandatory.
* Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written skills, is essential.
* A strong passion for customer care and teamwork is required.
