A Day in the Life Of
Develop software and solutions across the stack that improve product reliability and product velocity.
Collaborate with team to design simple, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in blameless post‑mortems and follow‑through.
Have a passion for product engineering mindset, where the customer might be an internal or external customer.
Key Skills & Experience
B.S./B.A. in Computer Engineering/Science or technically related.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
2+ years experience delivering software using C#, Java, or similar languages.
1+ years experience in a public cloud environment (preferably AWS).
1+ years experience developing applications leveraging Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source code control and artifact tooling (git, JFrog, etc.).
Experience with SQL.
Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation.
Nice to Have
Experience leveraging Kafka or similar streaming technologies.
Experience with monitoring stacks (ELK, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, etc.).

This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
