Our client, a prestigious Irish property, is seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to lead their dynamic team and elevate the guest experience across all outlets. What Youll Do: Lead all Food & Beverage operations restaurants, bars, C&B, and Room Service ensuring five-star service at every touchpoint. Drive commercial success through smart cost control, revenue generation and innovative strategies. Partner with the Executive Chef and senior F&B leaders to shape and execute the departments vision. Champion training, development and a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate with HR to attract, develop and retain top hospitality talent. Build strong relationships with local suppliers to craft an authentic, locally inspired F&B experience. Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance (including HACCP). Harness technology and systems to optimize performance and guest satisfaction. What Youll Bring: Minimum 3 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage / Director of Operations or equivalent role in a large, full-service luxury hotel property. Demonstrable knowledge of 5-star service levels. Keen financial acumen with proven track record of managing budgeting, payroll, forecasting etc. Inspirational leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of the Irish hospitality market. This is a great opportunity to lead the full F&B vision in a luxury Irish property.
