We are seeking an experienced Vice President Technology and Cyber Outsourcing Risk to oversee the complex risks associated with outsourcing and design and implement the EMEA 2nd Line of Defence independent risk management program.
* Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking operational risk management practices for Outsourcing across Business and Technology functions in EMEA, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and insightful risk dialogue.
* Leverage cutting-edge data analytics, automation, and technology solutions to identify, assess, and mitigate risks more effectively and efficiently.
* Partner with local and global Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk teams, Line of Business, and Corporate Function teams to evaluate and challenge Outsourcing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Champion the creation and implementation of robust risk management strategies to minimize business disruptions.
* Analyze and evaluate risks using industry leading tools and techniques to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective risk mitigation plans.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of success in risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
