They are now looking to hire an Admissions Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis.
Your new role This is a busy role that involves some personal assistant duties.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, and will have a huge hand in implementing a new admission system.
The role also involves coordinating school events, managing admissions and applications, coordinating school reports, managing students, assisting with day-to-day school operations, preparing documentation packs, planning and executing school events/trips/consultations, and liaising with school departments, staff, and external parties.
What you'll need to succeed The job requires at least 5 years of experience in a busy administrative role.
The successful candidate will have a track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders.
You will have experience leading or supporting efficiency and change management initiatives.
You will have excellent knowledge of all relevant administrative systems (Microsoft Office) to ensure efficient and effective operation within this busy environment.
The successful candidate will have strong time management and multitasking skills, and excellent organisational and planning skills.
You will also have excellent adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills.
