Responsibilities:
* You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.
* You will have the required ability to work in all sections of the kitchen.
* You will be required to assist in the preparation of modified diets.
Requirements:
* Qualification completed in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, City & Guilds, etc. – copy of certification will be required.
* Previous experience working as a chef in high volume environment, or production kitchens.
* Manual Handling & HACCP Level 2 training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
* Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
* International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)
