About Process Engineering
We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering client-centric solutions across a diverse portfolio of water sector projects and frameworks.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking process investigation and design across all stages of water and wastewater scheme development;
* Preparing studies and reports, process calculations and drawings to support other disciplines;
* Providing specialist support to account leaders and engineering practices;
* Mentoring a team of engineers and scientists, and playing a key role in their professional development.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field;
* Chartered Status (CEng) with a recognised Professional Institution;
* A deep understanding of conventional and innovative water and/or wastewater treatment technologies;
* A track record of process engineering technical leadership, being client facing and driving innovation and low carbon solutions.
You'll also have the opportunity to:
* Conduct water and/or wastewater treatment plant and process root-cause analysis reviews;
* Build teams and capability of junior staff;
* Use wastewater modelling tools such as BioWin;
* Understand key water sector treatment and sustainability needs.
