CNC Operator – Night/Weekend Shift

We are now seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our night shift team, working across weekend hours. Reporting to the CNC Supervisor, this role offers a generous shift allowance in addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including full health insurance, a contributory pension, and a quarterly bonus scheme.
Responsibilities will include:
· Operating CNC Machine
· Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
· Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
· Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
· Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
· Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
· Maintain a clean, uncluttered work area
· Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
· Other associated tasks as assigned by the CNC Supervisor
Applicants will require:
· Proven experience as CNC operator
· Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
· Basic computer skills
· Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
· A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
· Good communication skills
· Teamwork
· Fluent English is essential
