The Private Client Team is a close-knit, high-performing, customer-centric team that delivers a personalised insurance experience by getting to know clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and developing bespoke solutions to give peace of mind. Our clients range from emerging wealth to global Ultra High Net Worth individuals and everything in between, making for interesting working days as we learn and share knowledge to develop our concierge Private Client Service.
Reports To
Team Leader, Private Client.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all Private Client functions – renewal issues, midterm client queries, and new business administration, working on a shared basis with the team.
* Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with all management audit requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
* Provide a concierge service and deliver an elevated customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Build effective relationships with clients by establishing trust, understanding needs, providing expert advice, and exceeding expectations.
Customer Service
* Deliver a high degree of professionalism and courtesy by phone or email.
* Take personal responsibility for delivering accuracy and quality in work.
* Handle requests and enquiries from customers, staff, and management professionally and timely.
Team Collaboration
* Work as part of a team to ensure all customer needs are met.
* Collaborate to meet monthly and yearly targets and coordinate with other teams to introduce new Private Clients while maintaining commercial client relationships.
Compliance
* Work with the team manager and compliance teams to ensure file records meet prescribed standards.

Person Specification
* Previous Open I & Relay experience.
* Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Friendly and courteous manner on the phone.
* Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Strong work ethic.
* At minimum APA (or working towards).
