Working within a fast-paced clinical environment, you will deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMBI Scope of Practice.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Safely administer medications and treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes.
Adhere to HIQA standards, infection prevention, and hospital policies.
Support and supervise student nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration Previous acute hospital experience desirable (newly qualified nurses considered).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster.
