About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT / Service Desk Engineer to support our daily IT operations. In this role, you will manage IT assets, maintain our office website, assist employees with technical issues, and work closely with our external IT solutions provider.
Responsibilities
* Provide support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
* Conduct on-site troubleshooting for hardware, networking, and software issues.
* Track, maintain, and update IT inventory (hardware & software).
* Maintain and update the company's office website.
* Liaise with our third-party IT solutions provider for escalated issues and ongoing projects.
* Manage Active Directory (user accounts, permissions, groups).
* Administer the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (licenses, policies, email management).
* Troubleshoot and support computer networking issues (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
* Set up new devices and manage IT onboarding/offboarding workflows.
* Document IT procedures and solutions.
Requirements
* 3-5 years experience in an IT support or service desk role.
* Recognised third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite as an administrator.
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with external IT partners.
Desirables
* Experience updating website content (WordPress, html).
* Certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are an advantage.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
