Senitor is delighted to partner with an innovative Irish-owned company to recruit a skilled Cloud Engineer. This full-time role is ideal for a Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Cloud-init, Libvirt, KVM Hypervisors, and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for software development, supporting documentation, infrastructure setup, and ongoing support.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Cloud-init.
- Experience with Libvirt.
- Expertise in KVM Hypervisors.
- 2+ years of experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, RFC1918, VLANs, Linux Network Namespaces, nftables, etc.
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- Strong infrastructure and cloud computing expertise.
- 2+ years of experience with Linux, including CLI, bash, systemd, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with HPC, Slurm, Ceph, and GPUs.
This is a very exciting role for a Cloud Engineer with Cloud-init experience and the right candidate can be based anywhere in Ireland or the UK.
