Backed by a strong brand, national reach, and modern sales infrastructure, they're now looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on winning new SME accounts across the Dublin region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, driven B2B sales professional who thrives in a high-activity, target-driven environment. The Role: You'll be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities with fleets of up to 24 vehicles. This is a pure new business role - you'll be building your own pipeline through a mix of cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and self-generated activity. You'll manage the sales cycle from first contact through to close, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across fuel cards, telematics, IoT, and mobile communications. This is a field-based role covering the Republic of Ireland, with full support from a structured onboarding team, strong sales tools, and product training. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2+ years of B2B field sales experience A proven track record in new business development Comfortable working with KPIs, activity targets, and closing deals Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Resilient, self-motivated, and proactive in managing your pipeline Must have a full driving licence Experience in telecoms, mobility, logistics, or energy sectors a plus, but not essential We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
