Job Description:
Broadline Recruiters is seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital Kitchen Porter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working in a Hospital / Nursing Kitchen setting or come from a high volume catering commercial background.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness throughout the day, working efficiently under pressure, and following all HACCP procedures. They will also assist the chefs with daily tasks, including goods in and goods out, stock control and rotation, deep cleaning procedures, and maintaining a clean and tidy food preparation area.
In addition, the candidate will be required to work as part of the Kitchen team, follow instructions from management, and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working on the main wash up area and heavy-duty pot wash
* General day-to-day cleaning of the kitchen
* Assisting the chefs with daily tasks
* Goods in and goods out
* Stock control and rotation
* Deep cleaning procedure weekly
* Cleaning all crockery and cutlery
* Maintaining a clean and tidy food preparation area
* Following all HACCP procedures
* Ability to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure
