* Sourcing and securing development opportunities to expand our housing stock.
The role involves working with the Development Team to source new housing opportunities from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing projects throughout every stage ensuring best value and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities include Project Delivery:, where you will work within the team to secure new developments; Project Management:, potentially project-managing construction projects as a representative for the client coordinating with design teams;
