As a Qualified Accountant stepping into an Assistant Manager role, you'll be trusted with responsibility, supported by strong leadership, and given the space to develop both professionally and personally.

What you will be doing…
· Lead audit engagements and ensure audit files are completed in a timely manner
· Follow audit practices and procedures in accordance with International Standards in Auditing
· Prepare audit workpapers in support of the audit report
· Conduct process interviews, document narratives, analyse process controls and perform testing of key controls
· Make recommendations to clients that address risks and control weaknesses
· Assist in the preparation and delivery of audit reports which are shared with directors and shareholders
· Participate on client calls
· Be able to guide, coach and provide supervision to audit staff. Your management of the staff has a big impact on how well they develop and progress
· Reporting directly to partners and managers on audit issues
· Developing audit client relationships
· Working within audit budgets
Education/Qualification Requirements for the Audit Senior Post:
· New Qualified / Part Qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA with a minimum of 2-3 years in practice
· Strong knowledge of FRS102 and Companies Act 2014
· Audit experience essential
· Experience of consolidation and group accounts is a distinct advantage
