About the role
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and team‑oriented pastry chef to join us in opening our newest venue in Kildare Village. You will work alongside our amazing Head Chef and our Head of Culinary Innovation, both of whom believe in training, development, and progression as core to their work. This role is for early risers, as you will start at 5 or 6 a.m. to prepare the venue and pantry for the busy shoppers.
Responsibilities
Craft and bake a variety of delicious cakes and sweet treats
Bring creativity to menu development and ideation
Manage kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients and supplies, making dough, baking, and decorating
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef
Team player with excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills
