Offer description

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage our scheduling team, ensuring efficient coordination of service engineers and seamless delivery of customer appointments. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance operational priorities with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

* Lead and support the scheduling team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively.
* Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to schedulers to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Monitor team performance, set goals, and encourage a culture of accountability

Scheduling & Coordination

* Oversee daily scheduling of service engineers for routine servicing and call-outs.
* Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.
* Manage rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent requests with professionalism and speed.

Customer Management

* Act as the escalation point for scheduling-related customer concerns.
* Ensure clear communication with both residential and commercial clients regarding appointments.
* Promote excellent customer service standards across the scheduling team.

Administration & Reporting

* Track scheduling metrics such as response times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare regular reports for management on scheduling performance and operational challenges.
* Work closely with service engineers to align schedules with technical requirements.

Process Improvement

* Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and implement best practices.
* Introduce tools or methods to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
* Collaborate with management to support company growth and service expansion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
