**Job Title:** Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
The PE Global HCA/Nursing agency team is seeking an experienced 360 healthcare recruitment consultant to join their Cork-based agency. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recruitment experience in the healthcare sector, with a background in nursing or healthcare being desirable.
Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent. This involves working closely with clients to understand job briefs and approaching the market effectively for each role.
Candidates should possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and online resources like Indeed and LinkedIn.
A successful candidate will be articulate, flexible, and down-to-earth with excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone when interacting with decision-makers.
