Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Dublin (Hybrid)
Our client, a leading fit-out specialist in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid work, exciting project exposure, and strong career development opportunities.

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role from tender stage through to final account. You'll manage subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, budget control, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring delivery of projects on time and within budget. You'll also prepare and assess tender documents and maintain close communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager and be involved in projects across Ireland. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment where clear communication and commercial insight are key.
Key requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
· Minimum 3 years' experience with a main contractor in Ireland
· Fit-out experience highly desirable
· Strong IT skills (MS Office, Cubit, Bluebeam)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of standard forms of contract and measurement rules
