Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Social Care Management)

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management post or equivalent role

* Robust knowledge of HIQA regulations and legislative compliance requirements

* Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health

* Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety
