Job Title: Service & Sales Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales administration or client services who is looking for a new challenge.

The Job:
1. Act as 1st point of contact for customer & client enquiries by phone & email, identifying customer/client needs, detailing product specifications & information.
2. Process sales orders, update financial & stock reports, prepare KPI data for management groups.
3. Assist senior sales & operations colleagues across the company with their needs.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualified ideally.
* 2-3+ years experience gained in a sales administration, client services or front office administration focused role.
* Full & clean driving license and own transport.
* Proven ability to multi-task & work across diverse teams.
* Strong IT skills.
