No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or OOH work
Enhanced annual leave (including birthday leave!)
A supportive team environment where your wellbeing matters

A competitive salary, up to €45,000 FTE, plus benefits
About You
You don't need to be a veterinary professional – but you do need to be a confident leader who enjoys working with people.
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in management or leadership; ideally in a service based/customer-focused environment
Friendly, fair and approachable with strong communication skills
Organised, proactive and ready to support the team
