Client Support Executive Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Support Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to further develop their career in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
The Role:
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to corporate and commercial clients, planning client events and launches, supporting the rollout of products, and demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers. In addition, you will support communications campaigns, analyze competitor and market activities, and assist with design teams to gather customer feedback.

Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualification in marketing, business studies or a related field
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar client account management or communications focused role
* Proficient in MS Office and office management software
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels
* Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects
