Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. This full-time role offers a 4 ½ day workweek with early finish on Fridays.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing orders into the intact IQ system and advising customers on alternatives.
2. Maintaining key customer accounts with updated product information.
3. Participating in the evaluation and development of new and existing products.
4. Conducting competitor research globally and by territory.
5. Handling email queries related to orders, products, and customer inquiries.
6. Providing administrative support to the team and management.
7. Dealing with retailer requests, shipment due dates, and end consumer queries about horse rugs.
8. Addressing questions and issues from sales agents.
9. Collaborating with various teams and departments as needed.
10. Performing other office and admin duties, including phone support and ad hoc tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
* German language skills are advantageous, especially for the German market.
* Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and self-management skills to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 07:45 - 16:45, Friday 07:45 - 12:45 (39 hours per week).
