Job Summary:
Swim Teacher
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced swim teacher to join our team at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming programmes to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver swimming lessons in accordance with Swim Ireland's Child Learn to Swim syllabus and guidelines.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all swimmers.
* Monitor and record swimmers' progress using our customer portal, Oncourse.
* Promote customer service excellence in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Collaborate with other swimming instructors to develop and implement new teaching methods and techniques.
