Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead our tender pricing efforts and manage commercial risk across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Tender Pricing Expertise:
* Pricing Design & Build tenders from first principles using measurements and unit rates;
* Reviewing, assessing, and selecting subcontractor quotations for best value and compliance;
* Preparing comprehensive tender submissions to senior management, identifying key risks, opportunities, and cost-saving options.
The ideal candidate will have strong background in building systems construction with the ability to think commercially. A proven track record of success as an estimator within the construction industry is essential.
