We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Burnfoot facility in County Donegal.
Responsibilities
* Distribute work to the different teams on the floor
* Keep record of projects on the Floor and track their progress
* Having daily meetings with the Production team leaders to assess progress on jobs
* Work to a timed Production Schedule
* Look after the employees holidays after they get their holiday request sheet signed by the Manager
* Conduct 5's checks on each Dept. to ensure adequate house keeping
* Upkeep of the ISO9001 standard and conduct daily checks
* Liaise with BSI Auditor
* Clock in reports & time keeping issues
* Conduct interviews for Production floor
* Conduct all return to work
* Conduct / sit-in in all Disciplinary hearings
Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
* Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
