Quality Assurance Specialist
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory standards and cleanroom environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a QA/QC role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Responsibilities:
* Support quality assurance and quality control activities on-site for cleanroom installation works.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Perform quality audits, inspections and risk assessments.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
* Review quality documentation such as protocols, test packs and validation support documents.
* Identify quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Provide guidance to site teams on quality procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
* Experience in a QA/QC role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards and cleanroom environments.
* Exposure to cleanroom validation, HVAC systems or contamination control is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
