Role Description:
* Enhance Sales and Competitive Position: Develop relationships with key customers, including merchant sales, building contractors, builders, sub-contractors, and wholesalers to boost sales, profits, and market standing.
* Broaden Business Scope: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, and seize market prospects.
* Client Relationship Management: Support existing clients by securing orders, establishing new connections, and scheduling client visits systematically.
* Site Engagements: Regularly visit construction sites and merchant establishments to strengthen industry ties.
* Order Administration: Effectively oversee orders based on specifications, referencing price lists and product literature.
* Performance Targets and Metrics: Strive towards specific sales goals and key performance indicators to ensure both individual and team accomplishments.
* Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with competition by gathering current market data on pricing, products, and emerging trends.
* Continuous Professional Development: Stay current with industry dynamics and product knowledge through publications, networks, professional associations, and pertinent training.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.

4. A valid driver's license is essential for regular travel within the Munster and Connaught regions.
