As a Night Porter, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property during the night shift. With the size of our property, you'll work alongside a partner, creating a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Main Duties Include:
* Complete docket checks and inform early duty manager of any discrepancies
* Carry out security & fire checks at regular intervals (12am, 2am, 4am & 6am) and log any irregularities in the handover book
* To efficiently check in/out guests during hours of duty
* To carry out any food and beverage service as ordered after 12am, to the agreed standard
* To deal with any guest queries and needs quickly and effectively
* To carry out cleaning as per the night cleaning schedule
* To set up meeting rooms to the agreed standard, checking all equipment is correct and in working order
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role desired but not essential
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience with Opera or other front office systems is beneficial
