About the Job
On behalf of our client, a leading Branding & Creative Agency based in Dublin, we are looking for a smart, strategic, and commercially focused Account Director to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background, be passionate about brands and communications, and thrive in delivering outstanding work for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a senior partner for key clients, providing exceptional service and driving business growth.
2. Manage client accounts, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines and budgets.
3. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, offering strategic insights and solutions.
4. Lead multiple complex projects, identifying opportunities to enhance client work.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and support new business development initiatives.
Ideal Experience:
1. 6+ years in account management within a fast-paced agency environment.
2. Strong FMCG brand development and packaging experience.
3. Excellent client relationship skills and commercial awareness.
4. Proven ability to lead projects, present effectively, and problem-solve proactively.
