The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an IT Support Technician with Office 365 Administration Experience based at our airside facility in Dublin Airport.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is a unique opportunity to join the IT team of Ireland's newest airline, Emerald Airlines, and to gain invaluable experience on the operation of mission critical IT infrastructure required to run an airline.
This is an exciting and varied role for an ambitious individual with a huge potential to develop and grow within the airline.
Responsibilities
Confidently manage all aspects of our Office 365 Estate including Entra, Intune, Sharepoint and Azure.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate relevant experience with Entra and Intune.
Experience with Power BI and be able to Design, Develop and Deploy Dashboards would be a distinct advantage.
Setup, maintain and provide technical support for the day-to-day management of our IT Systems and infrastructure both on site and in the Datacenter.
Provisioning and managing devices via Autopilot and App Deployment.
Demonstrate experience around Cybersecurity and EDR deployment.
Drive our Tenant Security Score and be confident of implementing recommended changes including Conditional Access.
Internal and Cloud based network management, including VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
RHEL 9 / Linux experience and Postgres DB administration a distinct advantage.
Keep abreast of new Technologies and Developments.
Full Driving Licence preferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong technical and problem-solving ability with an attention to detail
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Initiative, self-direction and motivation
Third-level qualification in computer science, information systems or another related IT field
Must be able to pass a 5-year background check
Have permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction
Advantageous
Knowledge of: Linux; Cisco switches and SonicWall Firewalls
Experience with: Swiss+ AMOS ERP
Working in an aviation-related environment
