Location - County Kerry
Our client is looking for a Project Manager (Civils) to work on site over on a large power project in County Kerry. This will lead multidisciplinary teams—Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors—ensuring the safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery of complex civil works
* Health & Safety Leadership: Champion Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) excellence across every phase of the project, in full compliance with Irish regulations and industry best practices.
* Team Management: Provide clear leadership and technical guidance to engineers, operatives, and subcontractors. Act as a mentor to junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
* Project Delivery: Plan and manage civil works to meet programme milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic energy goals.
Experience required
* A degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field). Equivalent experience will be considered.
* Chartered or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland (or similar professional body).
* 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role—ideally in energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
* Candidate will need cost management and contractual experience
* Deep knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement frameworks, and energy-sector delivery models.
* Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
* Full working rights in Ireland and a full clean Irish/EU driver’s licence.
