You will carry out technical assessments, provide detailed information to design and engineering teams, and advise customers on suitable energy-efficient products and services. These primarily include high-efficiency boilers, heating control upgrades, and related ancillary products and services.Key Accountabilities:Carry out technical assessments at customer propertiesInstall, service, and maintain gas boilers and associated domestic heating systemsAdvise customers on energy-efficient heating solutions and upgrade optionsProvide accurate technical information and feedback to design and engineering teamsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the businessDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of RGI and SEAI regulationsProvide regular reporting and maintain accurate records in internal systemsHere's what we're looking for:A thorough understanding of, and passion for, plumbing and heatingA self-starter who can work independently and on their own initiativePositive and confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationshipsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectivelyRequirements:Full clean driver's license is essentialMinimum of 5 years' RGII / CID experienceThorough knowledge of domestic heating systemsStrong all-round knowledge of gas boiler installations and the domestic tradeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literateWhy should you apply?We're not a perfect place – but we're a people place.
