Nua Healthcare Services provides residential and supported living services to individuals with complex support needs.
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to people with complex mental health needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment programmes, and therapy/counselling sessions.
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated and coordinated services to service users.
* Contribute to the development of person-centred plans and provide advice/support programmes and training for staff, parents, and families.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of clinical psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced and flexible team environment. The successful individual should have a solid foundation in clinical psychology principles, with the capacity to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
